成功没有捷径可走
——专访江苏铁锚工具有限公司海外部总经理赵虎先生

　　All people expect to succeed, but not of all people will spare no effort to achieve their success. When people desire for success they also hope to pay fewer efforts and get more gains. In fact, if you want to achieve real success, you must experience many hardships. No matter what family you’re born, a rich family or a poor one, you have to admit the fact —there’re no shortcuts to success while the strong will and the persistent struggle can lead you to success. Zhao hu, we interviews today, is the kind of man, a manager who believes “There’re no shortcuts to success and diligence is the only key to success”.
　　所有的人都期盼成功，但是并不是每个人都会为走向成功全力以赴。人们在渴望成功的同时，也渴望能够少一分努力，多一分收获。而事实上要获取真正的成功，每个人都必须经历艰辛。无论你出身豪门，还是隶属寒舍，你都不得不接受这样一个事实——成功没有捷径可走，只有顽强的意志与坚持不懈的奋斗才能带你走向成功。
　　今天我们采访的赵虎就是这样一个人，一个坚信“成功没有捷径，惟有勤奋而已”的管理者。眼前的这个年轻人个子不高，却浑身上下充满能量，简朴的着装透露出他的踏实干练。在铁锚的这五年，赵虎依托公司实力，努力开拓海外市场，把电动工具做成大事业，产品远销印度、巴基斯坦、伊朗、俄罗斯等地。商海浮沉、几经磨练，业内战火正浓时，赵虎已将他的所带领的铁锚海外战舰开拓到了新领域，坐看风云起。
