　　"In my opinion, there is no other materials can replace the optical fiber in the next century. However, I still expect someone to break my prophecy. Compared with my own honor, I even more care about the technology revolution of optical fiber communication."
　　On March 1, 2014, in the Ceremony of the 3rd National Communications Technology Innovation Award, the winner, Ms. Hong Wan made the award-winning speech. The audience all applauded with smile, and this is the longest applause this year.
　　“我认为，在未来至少一百年的时间里，没有其他物质可以代替光纤。但是，我也期待有人可以打破我的预言，因为相比荣誉，我更在意光纤通信的技术革命。”
　　2014年3月1日，在第三届全国通信技术创新奖评选活动的颁奖典礼上，获奖人万红上台领奖并发表了这段获奖感言。台下观众在笑声中鼓掌，这是今年这里持续时间最长的掌声。
　　万红1970年出生于湖北，1990年考入西北工业大学计算机科学与技术专业，自此开始了通信技术的研发之路。大学毕业后，她被湖北省荆州传输局聘为技术经理，专攻无线网络安全维护系统的研发。直到2005年，为了更专注于光纤技术的开发，万红离开奋斗了近十年的地方，以技术总监的身份加入了上海因贝斯特科技有限公司。
　　近日，记者有幸与万红面对面交流，分享其成功背后的感动与震撼。
