  It can not be more proper to describe the two completely new special restaurants in the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL BEIJING with “modern fashion”. Extremely modern Chinese restaurant “Caiyixuan” and ardent Italian restaurant “Mio” obviously stand for the super hotel brand. Both of them are elegant and delicate restaurants which provide the guests with private dining space.
  Four Seasons’ executive chef, Martin Knaubert, takes charge of the Food & Beverage Team in the hotel and he once said: “All different Chinese styles of cooking are affected by the local historical cultures. The cooking must be made of high quality materials and present very well at the same time. Maybe, guests need to spend some time knowing the essence of it, but we’ll continue to keep our goal—Strive for perfection to create good food for guests.
