公益是社会进步的必然
——专访美国永亚公司创办人兼总裁卢咏女士

　　“Whether in the West or East, or in any corner of the world, charity and volunteer spirit are interlinked, people not only pursue purely selfish material goals, but also pursue the spiritual goal of non material." In a recent book "public welfare fund", wrote by Lu Yong. She said, a dynamic non-profit department with the public interest as the driving force will be eventually beneficial to the harmonious development and long-term stability of society.
　　“无论在西方还是东方，或者世界任何一个角落，慈善之心和志愿精神是彼此相通的，人除了追求纯粹利己的物质目标之外，也都要追求非物质的精神目标。”在最近的著作《公益筹款》中，卢咏这样写道。她表示，一个充满活力、以民间公益为驱动力的非营利部门将最终有利于社会的和谐发展和长治久安。
　　卢咏，美国永亚公司创办人兼总裁，曾任美国公益筹款和战略咨询公司CCS项目执行总监，美国百人会研究部主任，美国卡内基国际和平基金会中国项目经理和《卡内基中国透视》月刊首任主编。2011年和2014年卢咏分别发表了系统介绍美国公益事业、全面展示现代社会组织运作的著作《第三力量》和《公益筹款》，获得了各界的广泛好评。《公益筹款》为非营利机构管理知识与经验的人提供了一个系统的信息资源，填补了国内对现代公益筹款了解的空白，被许多人认为“必将对中国发展具有自身特色的公益事业起到十分积极的推动作用”。
