——专访南京科思工贸有限公司的副董事长朱江声先生

　　As leader of the company, he focuses on the overall situation, stands on the perspective of the company to guide the company, and has brought more benefit for the company; as an academic leader, he is good at researching, and has developed a number of patents, he has always been walking in front of science and technology; as technology innovator, he has many personal original technologies and is responsible of several development projects’ feasibility study reports; as a business person with a sense of responsibility, the innovative preparation method which he developed has greatly reduced the costs, improved efficiency, and decreased environmental pollution.
　　南京科思工贸有限公司创建于2000年，集团位于南京市江宁区，目前，旗下已拥有三家全资子公司：宿迁杰科化学有限公司、宿迁科思化学有限公司，安徽圣诺贝化学科技有限公司，所生产的产品为医药中间体、香精香料、化妆品原材料。主要出口欧美、北美、亚洲等地。今时今日的科思工贸已成为宝洁、妮维雅、欧莱雅、巴斯夫、拜耳、陶氏化学、默克等世界500强企业战略性合作伙伴，并与国际大厂商建立了稳定长远的供求关系。
　　作为公司领头人，他放眼全局，站在公司角度，指点江山，为公司带来更高效益；作为学科带头人，他精于研究，开发多项专利，一直走在科技前端；作为技术创新人，他拥有多个个人原创技术并且负责数个开发项目的可行性研究报告；作为有责任感的企业人，他所开发创新的制备方法，大大节约成本，提高效能，并有效减少对环境的污染。
